Traded in to Carvana.
Replaced halogen headlights with LED OEM-style reps and installed sequential turn signals.
Upgraded base S brakes to the larger PP brakes (Autobahn/Golf R brakes)
Recall for fuel leaking from low pressure fuel pump performed. Was not an issue on this car, performed preventatively. No paperwork - dealer power outage when I picked up the vehicle.
Removed clutch return spring for better clutch feel.
RockAuto spring wiper replacement
Oil change, air filter change, and tire rotation. Warrantied shift knob boot trim due to sharp peeling plastic (common issue on Mk7 GTI)
Rock thrown from road cracked windshield. Replaced and covered under insurance.
Car was going into limp mode under heavy throttle. Byers VW found a pickup line from the low pressure fuel pump that was not connected (bad repair from MAG in Columbus just before vehicle was sold to Byers). Done at no charge, Byers billed MAG for repair.
Purchased from Byers VW (CPO w/ extended warranty)
